Katie Price's £4,250 per month six-bedroom home appears to be heading in the same direction as her so-called 'mucky mansion' as it has been pictured surrounded by rubbish and an overflowing skip.

The glamour model moved into the new Surrey property last year after vowing never to return to her £2 million Sussex house for the sake of her mental health.

But as her old property continues to fall into disrepair with reports its suffering from sewage water build-up, it seems Katie's new house isn't any happier as it's reported the house is becoming overrun with rats due to the never-ending piles of mess.

Katie's rental house could be seen surrounded by rubbish in the garden and surrounding grounds, with only an overflowing skip attempting to contain some of the mess.

The star is only reportedly scheduled to be renting the house for another month, but it remains to be seen whether she'll be sticking around.

A garage at the home is full of disused furniture and electronics, sparking questions around whether the star will be sticking around when her lease is up.

Elsewhere the star's Sussex home, which she moved out of last year after a stint in The Priory, has fallen into disrepair, with rubbish strewn across the garden and the swimming pool filled with filthy sewage.

While a collection of building materials, rubbish and mounds of soil can be seen strewn across the land nearby the property.

MailOnline has contacted Katie's representative for comment.

Just last month, it was claimed that Katie's new rented abode had been overrun with rats with the former glamour model left 'terrified' as her rodent situation threatened to make her home 'unlivable'.

A source told The Sun: 'There are hundreds of them trying to get into the house from outside - everyone thinks they've come over from a nearby garden centre which has rat problems, and have been attracted by the bins.

'It's horrible and Katie's terrified - the cat keeps bringing them in and it causes chaos.'

She continued: 'She's complained to the landlord and hopefully they'll sort it out.'

The mother-of-five relocated from her former home in West Sussex nicknamed the 'mucky mansion' before the country went into lockdown in March.

The former Loose Women star's rented home is just 10 minutes from her ex-husband Peter Andre, 47, whom she shares children Junior, 13, and Princess, 13, with.

Katie's house woes came just days after it was reported her £2million 'mucky mansion' was suffering from sewage water build-up on the side of the property a year after the septic tank first started to leak.

The TV personality, who bought the sprawling country house back in 2014, recently vowed to renovate and sell the house, with doctors demanding she doesn't return for the sake of her mental health.

Over the past year, the TV star's abode stood decrepit and unkempt with abandoned facilities amid her recent financial woes.

Renovations kicked off in June 2019, but the influencer was left devastated when the mucky mansion was broken into and destroyed by intruders over a year later.

An insider told The Sun at the time: 'Katie is devastated. She is fearful that whoever has done this has a vendetta against her and even thinks it could be linked to her standing up against social media bullying trolls.

'This crime was committed to cause as much impact and personal upset as possible to Katie,' continued the source.

The publication also claimed that the burglars raided boxes of her personal belongings, which had been stored in her loft, and left her possessions strewn across the floor.

All of the damage is said to have been discovered by a neighbour, who was in the midst of conducting a routine sweep of the home and its surrounding 12 acres.

In October, the media personality vowed to never return to her mucky mansion as it is filled with 'bad memories'.

The TV star spoke candidly with The Mirror about her decision, saying she was advised to move by doctors who worked with her at The Priory, as they believe it would be better for her mental health.

Admitting she still has the house while actively looking to move, Katie explained: 'I've moved in with him, the kids will stay at his, but his house is the show home, it's immaculate, but mine is more like the Jungle Book.

'The doctors from The Priory have said that my house, mentally, is a place I can't ever go back to because there's too many memories.

'Even just walking up the driveway drives me mad, and when I'm in I want to get out of there. I can't explain it in my head and it's just so sad what's happened to my house.'

Katie proclaimed that she was 'done' with the house, and even if she could do it up and make it a nice place to live again she admitted she wasn't ready mentally to do so.
